PLC Control Tire Shredding Machine , Exchangeable Tire Shredder

This is an improved shredder from the old design.

We adopt standard hard-teeth reduction gear and PLC control system. When if something hard like big bolts or steel plate or too much material got stuck in the shredder, the motor will automatically stop and reverse. So, it can protect the motors, reductors, shafts and blades quite well.

We design the exchangeable blades which are quite easy for replacing. Only need to loose screws and install new ones.

The capacity is 1.5ton per hour @2"

Power cost 22+22+4.5kw

Dealing Range: <800mm, or big tires after cutting.
